Confidentiality for Pastors - A New Pathway to Spiritual Equilibrium
Everything that you see with your eyes will pass away.
How
Much
Is
Your
Eternal
Soul
Worth?

How much is your eternal soul worth?  What price would you put on it?  Millions of dollars in your bank account.  Houses and lands world wide.  New cars in multiple garages.  Your own private jet perhaps.  What will you take in exchange for your soul?  This is the question that Satan asks every human being on the face of the earth.  He is trying to ascertain the price you are willing to accept for your soul.

If you do not accept a price.  His next step is to threaten to kill your loved ones.  If you don't cave in and accept a price for your soul, be prepared to attend the funerals of your loved ones, if it falls into the parameters of God's divine will.

Be assured, no one gives and takes life but God, nevertheless, Satan would have you to believe that he has this power, but he does not.  God allows Satan to try you, to test you to determine the magnitude of your love for God.  So it is imperative not to fall away during your trying times; times of despair and crisis, as it represents your falling or rising in your spiritual walk with God.

Keep in mind that whatever Satan offers you in exchange for your soul was already yours before the beginning of time.  He can only offer you what is already yours.  So all he can really do is to get you to take a leap into your future to obtain that that is yours before God has blessed you with it.

Satan offered Jesus all the kingdoms of the world if Jesus would fall down and worship him, but all the kingdoms of the world already belonged to the King of kings, and the Lord of lords.  Scripture tells us that the world was made by Jesus.

Jesus said, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you."  So we understand by the Word of God that heaven and earth will pass away, that there will be a new heaven and a new earth.  Given that, everything that your see with your eyes will pass away.  All the things that Satan presents to you through his disciples, the rejected sons and daughters of God, is but a passing mist, nothing but temporal things.

Our focus should always be on the eternal things of  God that will never pass away.  Because when we are stripped of everything, including this temporary temple of God, the only thing we have left is our relationship with God through his son Jesus Christ.

And we do not want sin standing in the midst hindering our relationship with God, and jeopardizing our eternal souls.  We will spend eternity somewhere because our souls are eternal, simply wrapped in finite flesh, to walk through this brief journey called life.

Woe to us if we neglect our eternal souls, and fall over the stumbling blocks Satan lays in our pathway to eternity in the presence of God.

Woe to us if we sell our souls for things that are of no true value.  Anything that you can lose should be a secondary concern; money and all the things that it can buy, and relationships that will hinder your progress towards the arms of eternity in the presence of God.

Satan will use relationships in an attempt to cause you to stumble.  That is why Jesus says, "He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me."

God wants to be your first love.  Know that throughout your walk with God you will constantly be faced with choices, and the choices you make will determine the kind of future you will inherit.  The right choices are always God's will for your life.  The wrong choice will always leave a bitter taste in your mouth, after you have digested the consequences of your stupidity.
But don't dwell on it, ask God to forgive you, get back on the pathway and continue your heaven bound journey.  The crisis of the soul is ever present just a few steps away, challenging your right to regain the eternal life that was lost in the first Adam.  But because of the second Adam, Jesus, we have an opportunity to live forever in His presence.

Don't squander the chance to live in God's holy presence for a few baubles and trinkets that will incinerate your eternal soul, and leave you sleep walking through the rest of your life on this current earth, dead to the divine will of God, and turned into a bizarre weapon of Satan, to help him destroy the souls of men and women world wide.

Your are either going to be in the army of God or the army of Satan, making wrong choices, or making choices within the parameters of God's holy will for your life.  Satan and his army will be destroyed by God in the end, so it is pure folly to step off the narrow pathway that was ordained by God for you by the blood of Jesus.

His blood is scattered before you on the pathway to eternity, simply follow the blood sprinkled before you making a way through your crisis moments, making a way through your tears of doubt, making a way through your troubled mind,  making a way through all evil obstructions, making a way around the avenues of distress, down the streets of callousness, through the tunnels of despair, down the boulevards of inexplicable losses, until, finally, you reach the end of your journey with your eternal soul in tact, unmarred by the sins of the world.
