Confidentiality for Pastors - A New Pathway to Spiritual Equilibrium
Trapped in Satan's Web
Isaiah 59

Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:   But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.   For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

None  for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.   They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.

Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.   Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.

The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.   Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.

We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noon day as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men.   We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us.

For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;   In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.

And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.   Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.   For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.

According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompense.   So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.   As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.
Foolishness follows after foolishness. Satan was the original fool, and all his disciples who follow after him are secondary fools. Once trapped in Satan's web of deceit one loses the ability to see the trap for what it really is, a fabrication of lies built upon lies; a crumbling sandy foundation whose construct was predestined to collapse in the face of Truth. God is Truth, consequently, it is only a matter of time before Satan's kingdom of unrecoverable dust, whose foundation is utter rebellion, lies and complex deceptions, stumbles into judgment.

The seductive force of evil envelops unwary souls much like a spider does its hapless victims, surrounded by and transformed into Satan's food within his venomous web of evil; minds shut down, and the capacity to break free annihilated. Fear and trembling then becomes the new coat worn by Satan's disciples; fear of the possibility of suffering, trembling because of the approaching judgment of God into and through their wasted lives.

The echo of defeat haunts the wicked and sickens their minds, to the extent that their perceptions of what is real and what is not, is sifted in the sieve of deceit dwelling in bottomless pits of despair, becoming, hour by hour, day by day, and month by month, leftover remnants of what God created them to be.

Like Satan, having lost his first estate, the wicked are angry at the righteous everyday, jealousy being the pivotal point of their dismay, jealousy because the righteous are still in possession of the most precious gift from God to mankind, eternal life in his holy presence, whereas the future of the wicked is eternal pain and suffering.
Stumbling through all the wrong choices in life will eventually land you in the mouth of Satan, who will gnaw on your very essence, devouring, bit by bit, from your being the desire to do right according to the will and Word of God, thus separating you from the goodness and love of God.

Dwelling in the darkness of the mind where no light is and no way out is clearly seen, the wicked proceed from wickedness to wickedness, devouring like their father, Satan, the naive, and the innocent who capriciously stumble into the dark, lost realms of Satan's infamous kingdom.

What then can a man do to escape Satan's tenacious grasp of the evil destruction of their souls and personhood? Predicated upon the premise that lost souls want to be free, the only solution to the tragic dilemma of being trapped in Satan's web is sincere repentance, the complete turning away from sin and receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as the Savior of your very soul. He and he alone is the key. Jesus is "the way, the truth and the life."

Failing that, the web of deceit and evil becomes a permanent structure surrounding you and relegating you into the land of the forever lost. You cannot "good" your way out of Satan's tenacious grasp, his insidious trap.

You can only humble yourself before a just and holy God in repentance, and accept his will for your life within the parameters of the Word of God.

If the Word of God says that this or that is a sin, then don't do those things; fear, fornication, adultery, and the love of money are the main culprits that leads hapless souls astray.
You cannot just stop sinning, but "you must be born again." You must be born by the Holy Spirit of God, which only occurs through true repentance and humility. Willful stubbornness is the wall that surrounds the hearts of men, to the extent that they refuse to see sin as sin, but calls it by another name; homosexuality as an alternative lifestyle, and abortion as a woman's right to choose. When, in fact, one is perverted, self-indulgent sexual behavior, and the other is unequivocally murder, both of which are contrary to the Word of God.

So what we have here is a whole pool of people marching headlong into hell's permanent grasp, living lives that are contrary to the will of God, and posturing as the "affronted ones" when sin's recompense unravels their lives, and turns the light on in their darkness, causing them to become uncomfortable in their sins against a holy God.

Living a lie becomes tedious after awhile and wears away mentality stability, emotional well-being and physicality of a humanity determined to live outside of the boundaries of social interaction that were put in place by God for our own protection, that we might not fall victim to sin's ravishing destruction, via the evil devices of the first to fall into sin, the former archangel, Satan, the rejected son of God.

If you follow after Satan and eschew the will and purpose of God for your life, then you are wholeheartedly agreeing to partake in Satan's destruction, his ultimate judgment and annihilation, and to spend eternity in the bowels of a created hell, the author of which is the God of divine judgment.

Consequently, one ought not to weep and mourn the loss of one's integrity, which leads to despair, but realize that the deliberate choices made to sin brought you into Satan's formidable embrace, and to your eternal home, hell.

If in lieu of waging war against the satanic forces of evil, you instead, bow down in submission, and allow your soul to be trespassed upon, and you find yourself deflated instead of elated with the introduction to your new defacto father, Satan, then again, there is always humility and repentance if you can step around the walls surrounding your heart, turning it into cold unreceptivity to God's Word and purpose for your life.

To live out God's Word means that your fleshly desires no longer control you, but God within you has brought your flesh under subjection by the Holy Spirit. Consequently, you are now ready to fulfill your divine purpose, which can only be tapped into, if your life is aligned with the Word of God, otherwise all you will have without the intervention of the Holy Spirit, is perverted purpose, which will be in relation to the gifts God gave you before the foundations of the world were laid; because purpose can only be truly fulfilled according to God's will within the parameters of righteous living.

To not live your life according to the will of God is to cast behind your back the essential spiritual elements that turn purpose into the power to change the world for the better, which inevitably changes lives for the better. It is God's will that we live an abundant life. What some term as abundant usually relates to money or material possessions, but what is truly abundant turns you into a vessel fit for the master's use; to turn the hearts and minds of men towards God. That is abundant living because the end of true purpose will always benefit mankind as a whole if, in fact, you "fight the good fight of faith" and reach your highest purpose level, the zenith of the will of God.

Jesus did just that. Yes, he healed the sick and raised the dead, but those things were not his purpose. His purpose was to die on the cross for the sins of the world, without which, his ultimate zenith purpose would not have been fulfilled. The multiple levels of purpose will always lead to the ultimate sacrifice, and that sacrifice is the fuel that will cause paradigm shifts in the stratospheres of human existence.

In other words, if you fulfill the zenith of your purpose, the world will be forever altered, and brought closer to God because in the end, this is the role of individualized purpose, to bring the world back into right relationship with God. This is God's supreme desire, to turn the hearts of mankind once again towards him through obedience to his Word first, which is an indication that man's heart is right before the Almighty God.
